Scott Lillie

served for 24 years as a key executive with the Walt Disney Company where he headed a variety of business units including Resort Hotels, the Walt Disney Resort Food and Beverage Division, and led the Grand Opening activities for the Euro - Disney Resort in Marne -La-Vallee, France. He has played a key role in the development and piloting of many of Disney's quality management and leadership practices. He is the founder and president of the Creative Leadership Group, an organizational and leadership development firm based out of Billings, Montana, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Orlando, Florida.

Dr. Arthur H. DeRosier, Jr.,

appointed President of Rocky Mountain College in February, 1987, has a distinguished career in higher education including four faculty positions; the Vice Chancellorship of the University of Mississippi; and three University/College presidencies. Since 1987, Dr. DeRosier has revolutionized RMC through the doubling of the College's enrollment; elimination of the $5,000,000 current fund deficit; and implementation of a capital campaign (over $31,000,000 already raised).
