Expectations of Myself Have consistent and dependable ethics. Behavior is based upon values that are respected, starting with integrity and honesty. Search out and embrace competence in others and myself. In people, product and process get quality. Be true to the intellectual discipline that achieves quality. Live by example. Serving others elevates all. Actively encourage and support others. Demonstrate love in daily behavior. Be passionate and enthusiastic in doing. Inspire each other to be our best. Embrace growing and forgiving as essential elements of vitality. Know myself and recognize the struggle of growth. Demonstrate the self-confidence, which arises from success. Appreciate talent and inspiration. Cultivate and use many talents and insights, in myself and others. Be action oriented. Enjoy the satisfaction of accomplishment. Keep alive the childlike wonder of openness to the realm beyond current perception. Have a forward-looking vision. Incorporate intuition, imagination and experiential abilities. Be open to the contrary opinion. Encourage and be vulnerable to the insight that increases understanding. Set expectations high enough to realize quality achievements. Set goals and evaluate regularly. Know that I have incomplete knowledge of most of what I work with. Know that asking, listening and learning are essential activities to realize success for me and those with whom I work. Keep a sense of humor about our humanity. Enjoy the uniqueness of here and now.
